Hello! It is Inktober time again! In general Inktober is a challenge to make one ink drawing for each day in October and post it somewhere. Last year was my first try at it and I started this blog. I decided to get into it this year at the last minute, so this is the first posting for Inktober 2022. I have a drawing from the 1st but it was done quickly last thing at night and is very bad. However it is the drawing for the 1st day of Inktober so I will post it here.  It is called Tulips.

The second ink drawing is called Sleeping with Rabbit and I am much more pleased with it. 

Quilts

I have finally finished an art quilt, or wall hanging, that I started before Covid hit. It is not my own design but unfortunately over the years the envelope was lost and I do not remember the designer.  I did all the work at the 55+ Activity Centre in Whitby, ON, Canada.  The material came from donations – we have a lot of it!  

The piece measures about 56×42 inches. Please excuse the crooked photo, it really does hang square! It is raw-edge applique and machine quilting.
