Inktober is a challenge to create an ink drawing every day in October and post it.

This is the fifth drawing of Inktober 2022. The main trouble with ink drawing is that it is unforgiving. You make a mistake and it is permanent.

This young man is inspired by an image by Varun Kulkarni from Pixabay. The spirit and impishness in the boy’s face attracted me. I did not catch the look.

Painting – Autumn Run

This painting was done a few months ago. The reference image was so golden and glowing that I had to try it. The runner is my own addition. I like to put people in my landscapes.

I have to get a better camera than the one on my old phone! The painting seen in person is much better defined than this photo.

This is acrylic on stretched canvas and measures 18×24.
